SOLUTION: “I had always planned to gather the photos in my various boxes, and of course after years of planning to do so, somehow I never got around to doing it. Then Martie opened her shop two doors down from my cafe on Vanderbilt Avenue and made taking my memories out of the box irresistible.
It really is important and gratifying to preserve what turns out to be more than fond memories, but a visual history of my family’s journey through life.
